NORDIC ARTISTS & VENDORS who wish to showcase and sell their products are welcome! Talented artisans and vendors offering everything from gifts, crafts, books, homemade bread (must be properly sealed), Glögg, Kosta Boda and Orrefors glassware, jewelry, and textiles.
EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE SATURDAY DECEMBER 7, 10AM TO 5PM AND EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE.
THIS EVENT BRINGS 1,500-2,000 VISITORS AND POTENTIAL SHOPPERS TO YOU, VENDORS MUST COME PREPARED TO MEET HIGH DEMAND.
IMPORTANT: EVERY VENDOR MUST E-MAIL THEIR PRODUCT INFORMATION TO email@example.com PRIOR REGISTRATION FOR REVIEW.
VENDORS WHO DO NOT NOTIFY THE HOLIDAY MARKET COMMITTEE PRIOR OF THEIR PRODUCT(S) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED A VENDOR.
Set Up Friday December 6, 12PM-3PM or morning of the event 7AM-9.30AM. Vendors must be done with set up by 9.30AM the day of the event.
Break Down Vendors may not break down prior 4PM on event day.
Vendors will receive detailed arrival, set-up, break down instructions via email prior to the event date.
Electric hook-up Vendor must in advance inquire about electric hook up and it will be provided on “first come basis”.
SWEA members who wish to sell their crafts may register as SWEA Member Vendor. SWEA memberships are personal and does not transfer to a vendor organizations.
Vendor Registration Fees: same price as last year!
SWEA MEMBER Each (6′) Table $250 (+sales tax/no additional fee)
REGULAR VENDOR Each (6′) Table $275 (+sales tax/no additional fee)
With every purchased vendor table comes two(2) chairs and one (red) table skirt, vendor must provide their own tabletop covering.
Each vendor table includes 2 FIKA tickets (coffee/tea and a small treat)
Once your product has been approved, and vendor registration is complete, registration is final. Once registration is final there is no refund of vendor registration.
Vendors may register by mailing a check payment. However, please note, we do not “hold” vendor spots. Vendors are secured on “first come” basis and once payment has posted. Securing space online is the fastest way to confirm your participation.
Please send picture of your product(s) and payment for the amount of table you wish to secure to address posted below.
Following the Holiday Market, Swedish Santa Lucia Procession will at 5PM
